CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a form of gentle and non-forceful bodywork. The treatment goal is to identify and correct restrictions located within the bones of the skull, the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord, and in the fascial system throughout the body. Restrictions in these locations may be the cause of symptoms that originate from the digestive, endocrine, reproductive, nervous, respiratory, and even immune system. By releasing cranial, dural, and fascial restrictions, function is restored to the central nervous system; and by treating the central nervous system, health improves as physiological balance returns to the body.

CST treats common conditions such as headaches, earaches, sinusitis, fatigue, TMJ, muscle pain, hormonal imbalances, learning disabilities, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more. CST can also restore balance after accidents and injuries and is useful in helping heal from physical trauma to the head. It is a very safe treatment, making it ideal for patients of all ages.

Dr. Willi has studied CST through Bastyr University and Vital Integrative Systems where she obtained over 100 hours of training and clinical practice, including the treatment of babies and children.
