Yoga class for beginners!
Join Dr. Christine Willi for her 4 week class “Introduction to Hatha Yoga” held at Bainbridge Athletic Club on Sundays from 4:00-5:30, starting October 20th and ending on November 10th. This class will serve as a gentle introduction to the basic seated, standing, and reclining poses of Hatha Yoga. Emphasis will be placed on safety, modifications, proper alignment, and light-heartedness! It is suitable for beginning yoga students, or established students who wish to review the basic poses. Each class will include an introduction and/or review of previous weeks material, pranayama (breathwork), and asana (postures) – it is not necessary to attend every week in order to receive benefit.
